    Before we dive into our interview, could you share a little about yourself? 

    Veronica: Hello. My name is Veronica. I’m the User Experience Researcher and Copywriter here at Stronde. I create emails, of course, for our own emails, let’s say for newsletters and other transactional emails, as well as for companies and partners. 

    Chara: I am Chara Neophytou and I am the Junior Digital Marketing Executive at Stronde. Part of my role is to create emails and share them with our clients and partners. 

    How was the process of learning to build emails for you, Chara?

    Chara: When I first came to Stronde, I had no idea how to create a marketing email. It took me less than two weeks to get to know the platform and create the emails for our clients and share them with them. 

    And have you, Veronica, ever created emails before Stronde for Email?

    Veronica: My only experience of creating emails before was through MailChimp. 

    For which brand do you create emails?

    Veronica: One of the companies that I can think of is KeepitPromo, which is a promotional gift supplier company. All of the different brands that I use to create emails for, they integrate with different ESPs. 

    Chara: I’m working on creating emails for international brands through our collaboration with Cyon. 

    Which is the best feature of Stronde for Email and why?

    Veronica: The best feature of Stronde for Email, in my opinion, is definitely the brand set up, because it makes my experience much easier and much faster. As an agency, here at Stronde, we work with different clients, which means each of them has different brand guidelines and this makes our life easier. With simply 5 to 10 minutes, we add their brand guidelines, and everything is automatically modified within their email builder. We simply drag and drop the blocks and we sync the email to their ESP. 

    Chara: The best feature of Stronde for Email is the collaboration feature, and the reason is because it enables us to communicate easily and directly with our clients and adjust the emails based on their needs. When I create an email, I just send a public share link to the client, and he can easily access the collaboration feature and leave his comments there. 

    Why do you think it's important for Stronde, as an agency, to use Stronde for Email?

    Veronica: As an agency, we created something that makes our life much easier. So basically, without any HTML code required, without any expertise, we simply create emails not just for ourselves, but also for clients, companies, and other agencies.
