    Before we dive into our interview, could you share a little about yourself and your company? 

    Hi, I’m Antigoni Karakoulli, the Founder and Creative Director of a creative studio. Our main services are Graphic Design, Branding, and Digital Marketing. 

    What kind of emails do you create with Stronde for Email?

    We create a variety of emails for different brands. For example, we create promotional emails, informative emails, and e-commerce emails. 

    What ESPs do you use to send your clients’ Emails? 

    Every client is different. So far, we use MailChimp and Outlook to send the campaigns. 

    Which email creation challenges were you facing before Stronde for Email?  

    One very important challenge I was facing before Stronde for Email was when I was creating the email design in an ESP, for example, Mailchimp. I was struggling with setting up the first template, for example, setting up the logo, the branding colors, the elements, and everything that was supposed to be there for the brand. I found it very difficult on Mailchimp. Another difficulty was that the blocks have limited features and elements you can use in your template. 

    Which are the additional useful tools that Stronde for Email has, but other platforms don't? 

    Well, one very important (aspect) is the collaboration. You have the capacity to send, right on the spot, the email that you created to get feedback from either your team or from the client. And this is something that I didn’t see in another ESP platform. It definitely saves you time for back-and-forth emails with the client, and misunderstanding. 

    Why do you find the collaboration feature useful? 

    Back-and-forth emails, I hate it, especially when you have to get approvals. In terms of design, you can definitely lose something in the communication. So, having this feature, you can send it and get feedback on the spot with comments as well. Anyone can also edit the design.

    Which is the best feature of Stronde for Email? 

    The integration that can connect with other ESP platforms is very good for me and my team.  

    What are your thoughts on the brand setup functionality of Stronde for Email?

    So, for me as a graphic designer, and also my team, we work with our clients to set up their branding guidelines. Every branding guideline comes with adaptations, from business cards to email campaigns. Having a brand setup before using an email campaign is very important. Stronde for Email has a brand set up that we can insert the logo, the colors, the fonts, the elements. Once we do that, we are ready to go. 

    Describe Stronde for Email in three words. 

    Accessible, time-saver and innovative. Accessible because anyone can use it. You don’t need to have coding skills or design skills. Saves time because you already built, let’s say, the brand setup and you already work on some templates, so you have everything ready to create the email campaign. Innovative because it has some very smart features that make my life easier and my team. 

    Who, in your opinion, would benefit the most from using Stronde for Email? 

    I would definitely recommend Stronde for email for anyone who wants to do Email Marketing in-house.
